This is a limited edition 1 of 1 monotype print This Unique print is based upon my response to images drawn from the fashion world. ‘Ascot’ is inspired by the elegance of a woman adorned by a hat worn for a special occasion such as a wedding or ‘Ascot’ In all my portraits I hope that the face captures a mood or emotion. I find Mono printing to be a very direct method of printmaking closest to drawing or painting. This is a unique original mono and relief print on somerset antique paper 300gsm.
