About The Artwork
I did this linocut as an experiment with what I had made on the first linocut following Miró's and Picasso's linocut techniques. The aim is to reduce the linocut more and more to be able to superimpose different colours and create different effects. However, I liked the two linocuts that appear on this series and decided to make individual series of 200 for each. There are artist proofs of superimposed mixed colours. This linocut appeared as a different man from the model reflected in the 1st linocut: by the press wheel I shown here too. There are 100 available of each.
