About The Artwork
The city breathed out, exhausting it's lungs from the day. A thousand shimmering boats hung, glistening, caught between the threads of a thousand beaded spiderwebs. A crystalline palace teetering high on lofty stilts, bending to the breeze that sweeps between their ribs, their panes catching the final light of the evening sun. The drawing is inspired by the fragility and momentary magic of the harbour at dusk. A combination of fine technical ink drawing with the dreamy reflections of air and water. A limited edition print.
