About The Artwork

Who knows this amazing character? Oswald the Lucky Rabbit is a cartoon character created by Walt Disney and Ub Iwerks. Created a year before Mickey Mouse, it was Disney’s first hit. The rabbit was very similar to the cat Felix and premiered with Trolley Troubles on September 5, 1927. For a year and a half more silent Oswald cartoons were produced. His cartoons were produced until 1943 and his comics until the sixties, when it was finally abandoned. In 2006, Disney fortunately regained the rights to Oswald’s image. Currently the lost disney shorts on Oswald should be 6, and I hope that Disney can recover them because the archives need Oswald! Hope you like it!

Digital Artist from Napoli (IT). I like Marvel and Disney characters, movies & cartoons. After all this time, even if I have become older with a driving license, the little baby inside me still lives and never stops being amazed by beautiful and simple things. Curiosity moves my life. Here you can find everything that I love the most. I hope you can appreciate it as much as I do. Love, Mirart.
