About The Artwork
Small Edition of my original large scale screenprint, showcasing a vitage tape recorder going pop art style. In a completely digitized world, transformation take place - back to it’s analogue origins. Vintage musical instruments go printing technique. From a series of pioneers of electronic music and iconic electromechanical instruments that have written music history. Minimalistic and stylish, inspired by pop art masters and my passion for music. Vintage music instruments come analogue - still with a soul. They come from my own collection and I used to play all of them. The motive is printed on aluminium dibond, 30x30cm and comes in a black frame (approx. 32x32x2cm) in an edition of 5 (+2 AE).
