About The Artwork
Printing: monotype, linocut, ink on paper. The work was performed in the mixed technique of monotype and linocut. Full size with mat 40 x 40 cm, image 30 x 30 cm. Limited edition of 10 pic. Available for sale 1,3,4,6-10. Each paper is signed by the author on the reverse side. Still life is one of the artist’s favorite plots, along with “boat” plots. In his September 2015 issue of the weekly, curator Saatchi Art included the artist's still life in the list of seven important events in the art world that are worthy of attention. The author inherits the principles and spirit of the Mediterranean and embodies it in his works.

Born in 1954, in Russia. Long time lived in Middle Asia, in Turkmenistan. Professional education at the Kiev Institute of Civil Engineering in 1982. Profession - architecture. In Soviet times, he worked as an architect in the Kiev branch of the Moscow State Design Institute of Electronic Industry. Works with painting and graphics techniques.
