Printmaking, Aquatint on Paper
Size: 25.6 W x 25.6 H x 0 D in
This piece was inspired by prehistoric artwork. The witness is a hollow reminder of humanity long gone. Red earth-like tones were used to get a sense of warmth relating to the warmth of the earth. It emits the feeling of a deep bond with nature and primal instinct.

Bosnia and Herzegovina
Born in 1991 Denis Haracic is an visual artist working primarily in the medium of printmaking and drawing. His work is heavily related to the mutual bound between the inner self and the outer world, where the world is looked at as an outer reflection of our identity. The stone-like human shapes presented in his peaces are archetypal reminders of our lost humanity, brought to us by the trauma of modern society, but quite often relating to very personal themes as well. Everlasting existential emptiness and the search for identity are omnipresent in Haracic`s work.
