About The Artwork
This stoneware sculpture has been modeled in 2018 in a troglodyte cellar in south of France. After having traveled several thousand kilometers through a year, it was polished in 2021 then covered with four layers of sigillated clays and metal oxides, then fired during 36 hours up to 1050°C in a Phoenix wood kiln, and finally smoked in a smaller kiln.
