The proposed idea consists of the realization of a monumental sculptural installation. It is presented as a spatial landmark and public place, which can be installed in a natural or urban landscape, as a place or space for meeting, harmony, solidarity and freedom for all the peoples, men and women of our land. The sculptural ensemble will be built on an elevated base in the shape of a plaza or meeting place. The monument is comprised of two masts facing each other that will rise to a height of 748,031 inches. The sculptural composition with a geometric root derives in orthogonal shapes. An open semicircle or C shape and a final part will be attached to each mast in its central upper part, which will be joined as arms that will expand opening in space. It will have a high spatial value since its slender forms will rise in the sky as a meeting and hug. It will be built with a main structure of concrete, steel and lined with composite material sheets. White will be its reference color, symbol of peace and reflection of light. White will also define the volume set and its integration with the entire ensemble.
