What's inspired the work? Everything inspires me, be it people, talks, relationships, books, movies, music, any impressions and ideas. Inspiration is a spontaneous and uncontrolled process. It's important to always be on the alert and catch it. What do you hope its viewers will feel / think? The most important thing for the artist is to attract interest from the viewer ... not to leave him indifferent. What will be the result of the reaction of the viewer is almost impossible to predict. I'm working for a fictitious viewer who lives in my mind. And the real people are completely different. I do not work for a certain public, a bourgeois or marginal or a mass audience. I'm interested in different reactions of different spectators: snobs, onlookers, experts, and colleagues. Why did you choose the medium, the subject matter, style? I always choose materials and techniques that match my character. Also, the choice depends on which material or technique is more suitable. The choice of the subject is important sometimes and sometimes not. Sometimes this is only an occasion to talk about something, through something. The artist does not choose style. He gradually shapes and develops it, sometimes he changes it, sometimes he moves back to the past ideas. The style depends on the artist's preferences, technical skills, and the influences of other artists.
