I don't believe in describing a visual Art. And I definitely won't describe mine. If I had to explain something in words I would be a writer. I'm a visual Artist and I show. I dare you to see in my artwork something for yourself. Find your own thing in it. Don't try to find mine. Mine is too personal, too deep, too sacred.
For the materials I will give more details:
I deliberately choose imperfect marble plates. I don't believe in perfection. It's fake. Art is not for perfections, Art is to make you feel something. (The words are inspired by Salvador Dalì and Rainbow Rowell)
The plates are with uneven edges and have some natural spots on the back. And it's beautiful, and it's unique.
The dimensions of the upper Marble plate are: bottom 12 in, left side 13 in , right side 9 in. The bottom plate is bottom 12 in, sides 11 in. The frame is wrought Iron and is 21.2 in height and about 5 kg wight. The whole weight of the Artwork is about 10 kg.
It's painted with Acrylic. And is painted in many stages with patience to material and to my emotions.... Then is gently covered with a varnish which gives the plates a finishing really close to the iron one. You can see on the additional photos how on the daylight there is a tender texture...

My name is Hristina – Heli Stoycheva. I am an Artist since I was born. I cannot remember any other way to express all my feelings and passion. I am always looking for something new, passionate and unique to implement in my Art ideas. Usually I avoid to use many words to describe my art. My belief is that as it is visual art, it would "talk" by itself. I would like people to see in my artworks something for themselves. I hope they can find their own thing in my art and to feel it! Because Art should make people feel, to feel the deepest emotions of their own soul. And I adore when I create my own, deep and hidden meaning in my paintings... I adore the feeling that this is something that only I know about. It is in complete harmony with me as a person. I have always kept my own world very much. The feeling is so personal, so mine, so intimate and divine... I am not afraid of the extremes of my Art as you can see. I love the extremes! I like to paint what I am feeling - realism, abstraction . . . It is all about mood, feelings, development and the specific life stage I am in. I fully realize that I hold in my hands not only a brush or a pencil. I hold a pure deep satisfying feeling of happiness and harmony. I believe that an artist should develop in more than one direction. That's why I work in different styles, I experiment, I search... For me this is extremely important in order to have a fresh look and develop my skills to the maximum... And I'm always in search of more and more skills even deep inside me. They may be hidden but it is my task in this lifetime to seek them... to seek them through action, through experiment, through growth... "A work of art which did not begin in emotion is not art." ~ Paul Cezanne
