About The Artwork
The inspiration for my art class is the painter Georgia O'Keeffe. She uses nature to show how she feels about the world. I do the same thing. This piece shows Mother Nature peeking through the leaves to see how humanity is reacting to her new summer colors.

Growing up in Southern California meant that the beach was my favorite place to relax and enjoy family, nature and friends. Much of my artwork in designed to express the relaxing feeling we get when we simply enjoy nature as it is presented to us. When life gives us stress, step into nature and be calmed.
