The symbols played a very important role in the old days. They were used to create amulets, to decorate clothes and houses. And since nature is deified in paganism, all the motives of ancient Slavic ornaments were associated with plants, animals and natural phenomena, such as wind. One of the most common symbols is krin (plant like a lily), which is a kind of sprout with two leaves. It denotes an emerging life, fertility and plant power. Numerous items including necklaces made in the form of lily were discovered during excavations. I often use this symbol and I am sure that it brings good luck. That is why I used it when I created the frame for picture. The old oak frame that is over 100 years old was taken as a basis. I restored it using my proprietary technology and added my favorite ornament to it. The plot of the work was inspired by the Games of Thrones. You can see Daenerys surrounded by beautiful dragons in the center. I think that the painting is an excellent gift not only to the fans of the series. It presents good value even without reference to the famous series thanks to its original frame and interesting plot.
