About The Artwork
What a pleasure to cast in bronze by myself. This work was the first time. I have to thank to my foundry teacher, Karmel Arangüena in Deba Art School. Romanesco is the most wonderful fractal shape that exists. It left me in shock from the first time I saw it. But not only me, many artists and designers have worked with him. Too bad its taste is not as wonderful as its shape. There is neither in Nature nor in Art such a geometrically attractive form. Mine has herniated, but this further increases its beauty.
