Table in the style of Giger "alien" Sculpture

The table is made of wood. Breed of a tree - an ordinary pine! I really wanted to achieve such quality from this tree. The tree lay for two years in different weather conditions before I started working on it. The lower leg inserts are made of beech (a harder wood). The height is adjustable. The tabletop is made of milled MDF (honeycomb), covered with epoxy resin and acrylic (car) varnish.This work was inspired by the works of H.R. Giger "alien". I really wanted to recreate something like this, from non-ordinary materials. Therefore, I picked up a pine tree. Mankind destroys a lot of these trees for all kinds of disposable containers, flights, formwork, and so on. I decided to show that such an object of art can be made from pine.
