About The Artwork

Belarusian folk tale The man mowed hay. Tired and sat down under the bush to relax. He took out his wallet and decided to have a bite. And then a wolf nearby happened. The wolf smelled food and left the forest. He sees a wolf - a mower under a bush sits, has a bite. He went up to him, asked: - What do you eat? - Bread. “Is it tasty?” - Highly. - Give me a try. - Oh please. The mower broke off a piece of bread and gave it to the wolf. I liked the wolf bread. He says: “I have never eaten such tasty and caraway seeds bread.” All Belarus went far and wide, but didn’t eat this. I guess you have some kind of special one. “You guessed it,” said the mower, “this bread is called Minsk.” “I would like to eat Minsk bread every day,” the wolf sighed. - Advise, good man, where to get it. - Welcome! - says mowing. - So be it, I’ll teach you how to get this bread. And he began to teach the wolf: - First of all, plow the land ... - Then there will be bread? - What a fast you are! - mowed laughter. - Wait more! Earth needs to be barred ... - And can I eat bread? - in a hurry wolf, wagging its tail. - What are you, wait again! It’s still necessary to sow rye ... - Then there will be bread? the wolf asked again, licking his lips. - What are you! Wait until the rye rises, winter will winter, in spring it will turn green, it will bloom in summer, the spike will pour - only then it will ripen ... “Oh,” the wolf sighed, “for a very long time ... But then will I have plenty of bread?” - Where you already eat there! - the man grinned. - It's too early! Rye will ripen. It is necessary to compress it, to bind it in sheaves, to fold the sheaves into mocks. The breeze will blow them, warm them up with the sun ... Then you can carry them to the current ... - And can I eat? - Oh, how impatient you are! Sheaves must be threshed, sprinkled grains in bags and brought to the mill, then ground ... “Is that all?” - Not yet, not all! Knead the flour, wait until the dough is suitable. Then make the bread and put it in a hot oven. - And there will be bread? - That's when baked, then there will be bread. The wolf thought. He scratched his paw in the scruff of his neck and said: - No, this work is not for me. Better advise how easier it is to get bread. - Well, if you don’t want hard bread to eat, eat light ... Go to the meadows. There the horse grazes. The wolf came to the meadows. He saw the horse, raised the coat on his back, bared his lips and said to him: - A horse, but a horse! I will eat you! “Well,” the horse replies, “eat.” Only first, remove the horseshoe from the hind legs, otherwise you will break your teeth ... “Your truth,” the wolf agreed. He bent down to tear off the horseshoes, and as if the horse would give him a hoof in his teeth ... The wolf rolled over and ran ... He ran to the river. He sees that geese graze on the shore. "Do I eat geese?" thought the wolf. He went up to the geese and said: - Geese, and geese, I will eat you! “Well then,” the geese cackled, “eat!” But first, do us one service before death. - What! - Sing to us, we will dance. - Only that?! It's possible. I’m a master to sing! .. The wolf sat on a hillock, lifted his head and let's howl. Meanwhile, the geese flew away. The wolf crawled down from the hillock, watched the geese with a gaze, and went into his den without salty slurping. Meanwhile, the mower finished mowing and was returning home. He comes and suddenly hears: somewhere nearby a wolf is crying and says to himself: - Enough, I tried some light bread! From him and die for long ... Motto: hto not praццє, that good and not good.

I was born in the village Nahoryany, near Dubno, Ukraine. Live in Dubno all my life. .I work in different styles and genres using oil and aquarelle paints, gouache, and also make graphics. Mostly my works are book illustrations. How do i draw my drawings? I make grimaces near the mirror when looking for a needed emotion. I love silence. Like working in the night when the city is asleep. I strive to create expressive images, convey emotions, human behavior. Also I love and paint nature: landscapes, flowers. It is important for me to know that one can find interest in my works, so that I would know my work was not in vain.
