About The Artwork

Euro-Krise, Staatsverschuldung, Politikverdrossenheit, Korruptions-Skandale.

www.valwecerka.at . . . . The spectrum of my interests covers a whole range of topics rather than one single working style, from the figure to abstract ornamental formulations. In a larger cycle of middle formatted works, titled "(un)written letters", again the topic is the question of human communication. As in letters that can't be read, characters and symbols structure the area of the pictures. From rows of arranged archaic or primary acronyms, like letters of a foreign script, the composition emerges. https://issuu.com/artpress/docs/biennial.ed.i/180
