Rue de l'Echaudé, Paris Print

This drawing was made in chinese ink with a dry twig on site in the Rue de l'échaudé in Paris during an urbansketching event. It was also finished on site with watercolor. The drawing is made with high quality materials, artist quality WInsor and Newton watercolor with waterproof ink, on Saunders Waterford acid free coton paper. The paper is marouflaged on an aluminium plate that is a tiny bit smaller then the paper, so it apears while hanging on the wall, that the paper is floating in the air. The aluminium plate is reinforced with aluminium profiles on the back that give it a distance to the wall and that also serve as hanging hardware.
