ABOUT THE ARTWORK
I ask myself insistently and in a deep way, what makes a man masculine, how roman values about masculinity and gay relationships in an empire with no sexual orientation labels and with marriage equality, with a developed way of expressing direct democracy, where men could be magnetic, charismatic, electric and... gay or bisexual, how those ways of life can be expressed in a contemporary way that can make our lives better... this inspiration, all these questions, influence boldly my way of expression and... well there it is.

I studied Design at PUC, but not finished because then realized Art was more my thing. What I learned at Design school is always useful when I work in Art. I studied Fine Arts (or Visual Arts) at the University of Chile, where I was licensed and then got my title as a Professional Artist. I consider my works glam pop, neo-romanticist, neo conceptual, neo academicist and surrealistic, focusing on color, music, daydreams, love, and expression.
