About The Artwork
This artwork has been created using watercolor, liquid acrylics, ink, coffee and markers. It symbolises the process and the dynamics of inner transformation and transition between life phases. In this process, previously solid concepts and boundaries may begin to dissolve or become more fluid - allowing for the becoming and emergence of something new. At the same time, there are certain anchors of our identity and experience that create the sense of continuity and identity, that allow us to hold a red thread through our personal or collective story. Use of the combination of liquid and more solid mediums is an attempt to bring alive the conceptual symbolics in the form of the artwork and its creation.
