Work belonging to the Shaman series, inspired by the macro-schematic painting of the Spanish Levant. The expressive anthropomorphic figures found in caves and shelters in the north of the province of Alicante are the starting point for this series of works that address the common elements between a remote past and an indeterminate future. In a similar way to "2001: A Space Odyssey", in this case, the black and blue circles of the paintings are the monolith that watches us and tries to show us the path to follow. These figures from the past may also seem to be beings from an uncertain future. The connection in time, the interpretation of the world and the attitude towards uncertainty are the themes encrypted in some way in this set of works.
