I was taken by the words "again and again" in a Charles Bulkowski quote that truly resonated with me.The words Again and Again are written backwards over and over to form its own pattern using a Green Molotow oil marker on white canvas. Even though the words are in written form, the most important aspect of all my work is that they don't appear as such, but rather a pattern that is created by the letters themselves. My hope is that this will bring attention to the genius of Bukowski. His words are important, now more than ever and gives us a chance to go deeper than what appears to be the obvious.
