Alzado de la ruina Print

This work, a commission for a poetry book cover, ended up borrowing his name from another different book written by Aníbal Núñez, one of the greatest contemporary Spanish poets but, unfairly, not recognized enough. The obvious translation of "Alzado de la ruina" is "raised from the ruins", but it also means "ruins' elevation", as if talking about an orthographic projection, a sense that Aníbal Núñez, being also a really able sketcher, painter and engraver himself, was surely aware of.
