About The Artwork

Blue Balance.......... .............or how we get along with feeling blue. Can we balance that feeling of sadness? Feeling "blue" is the way we describe feelings of sadness or melancholy. True depression has a host of other symptoms in addition to sadness. Light versus Shadow ... or how reality is transformed by light movement .... . ... this is my strong inspiration. We can not escape from our own shadow. Another light? There is another shadow too. They follow us or maybe we follow them? Maybe they shape up our perception of what we see and what we feel. Another meaning paradox > is life what we think or what we feel? Is my shadow my Alter Ego? We can always justify our emotional decisions with logical reasons. In psychology, the dark side of human nature is often described as the alter ego, the id, or the lower self. The great Swiss psychiatrist Carl Jung called it the "shadow." By shadow, he meant the negative side of the personality, the sum total of all those unpleasant qualities that we would prefer to hide. Feeling blue? Feeling sad changes our perception of colour Intuitive metaphors like feeling "blue" or finding the world "grey" when we are depressed also have their roots in reality. Our perception by showing that sadness specifically impairs basic visual processes that are involved in perceiving colour. The link between colors and feelings is known, but it is much more complex than the usual phrases and generalizations. Colours like red and orange are seen as "warm" and comforting, but can also be associated with feelings of anger and hostility. Colours like blue and purple are seen as "cool" and calming, but can also be associated with sadness or indifference. Personal level of aspiration is a stretchy concept. Dijana Vujacic

... to cut a long story short ?? mission impossible ;) .... but in a few words >>>> I am an artist with a background in academic master studies. My artistic journey has taken me to various galleries where I have showcased my work. For me, painting is a profound means of visual communication, a way to convey emotions and thoughts. My art is deeply rooted in the figurative and introspective, delving into the intricacies of human emotions and self-reflection. When I paint, it's as if I'm channeling my innermost feelings onto the canvas. Every stroke is guided by intuition, creating a raw and honest reflection of my emotions at that moment. In this process, my artwork becomes a mirror to my inner world, capturing the ebb and flow of emotions, just as I evolve and change.
