About The Artwork
The bush is outside my studio's window, in the garden. Initially, it was a try-out for a painting technique. Starting with a deep color,letting it dry, and then painting over it with a transparent color. But I feel very attached to the motif now. It's a fixed point in the ever-changing landscape and wheather.
