Well, this master piece was inspired by the artist for how this people do their business and take it very serious everyday. This is an eye witness and to express it out in this painting how in that part of Northern Nigeria from one village called ‘Birnin Kudu’ ‘(City North)’ which Fulani women carry Caw milk inside Local made Calabash on their head and go out on a trade to earn some money for the family or own self, manage their business. Majority of them, used to walk from their hamlet which is almost or more then 10 kilometers just to get to their market selling place early in the morning and go back to their hamlets towards the time of the sun down the same way they came out and on their way, they also trade the milk to some people as their regular customers and also to the new clients. I want the viewers to revisit how their own culture look like and if it doesn’t match with theirs then think about how actually living is absolutely different. I choose this Oil color medium to remind myself that caw milk also has little natural oily mixture in it, so I painted it with oil to relate it to the subject matter and the style depicts consistency in such business.
