About The Artwork
My current series of paintings and photographs explore the ideas of time, mortality and life cycles. "Crusader" calls out via a "bat signal" for Buddha. Photo-realist lotus blossoms, perhaps presented as offerings, are juxtaposed against an abstracted background hinting at Yin/Yang and travel through spatial dimension, real or imagined.
