About The Artwork
I was inspired to paint this picture by a tranquil and beautiful place I visited last summer. The lake and the surrounding reeds left a lasting impression on me. The peacefulness and serenity of that moment in nature struck a chord with me, and I wanted to capture that feeling on canvas. For this painting, I employed the technique of Impressionism. I used acrylic paints on paper to create a piece that reflects the essence and mood of the scene. Impressionism allowed me to use bold brushstrokes, vibrant colors, and a play of light and shadow to convey the atmosphere of the place.
