Endagered Species Print

In recent time, my work is devoted to the ecology of the planet and to the question of survival of endangered species in the era of global warming and radical climate changes. Through my drawings and paintings I try to remind on importance of ecological balance in nature. While my former drawings were inspired by uncertain destiny of rare animal species, recently I’ve finished a cycle of works where nature was represented in a form of air plants and bonsai, in terrarium glass boxes. The main idea was, however, to show the tight, mutual connections between nature and humankind and to express my deep worry for the future of the life on our, endangered planet Earth. Therefore, I relate my work to all political and social issues through metaphor of saving our homeland Earth. Raising up natinalism is makes only deeper problems in todays historical moment,so in my work I am putting emphasize on more global context foxusing on our home , mother Earth.
