This painting was inspired by the ephemeral, ethereal signature dress designs of Nadya Dzyak. I've been watching her career and evolution as an emerging fashion designer from Kiev, Ukraine. I am in love with her love affair with transparency and strategically evolved ruffles. A very ethereal look, that plays with our unbearable lightness of being--in spirit and in our own inner idealized version of ourselves in dream-scape.
