About The Artwork
My inspiration in painting this illustration is to encourage genuine intimacy between black lovers. I hope viewers will be motivated to become more loyal and committed to loving their significant other. I chose to use Oil because of its ease in blending colors. I chose the subject matter because of my enjoyment of depicting African-American figures, and I chose an abstract style because it brings visual interest, especially with the warm colors I used.
