This artwork takes you on an emotional journey, beginning with deep sadness and progressing to joy and love. The artist built this piece layer by layer, beginning with dark blue and progressing to airy bright colors. Even though we can't see the first dark layer, its presence is felt. It starts with a deep sorrow, like the depths of a black lake. As the story progresses, the colors change from gloomy, nearly black, to light, airy blue with accents of yellow flowers, representing developing hope. Eventually, the journey leads to love and greater awareness of life, leading to inner peace. Through this technique, the artist communicates with both themselves and the audience, encouraging the discovery of shared emotions. As a result, viewers' feelings shift, emphasizing the essence of love.

Natalya is a passionate artist who uses her art to explore and express herself. Studying the meaning and spirituality of colors, she connects deeply with her emotions and beliefs. For Natalya, art is more than personal expression; it's a way to communicate and share the depth of her inner self and spiritual beliefs with others. Her vibrant artworks reflect the vitality and feelings she experiences, aiming to connect with people on a profound level through her expressive creations. Natalya was born in Russia (Siberia) and moved to the United States in 2003. She is currently based in New York City with her family. Natalya’s journey into art began in Russia at the Art School for Youth, but she eventually chose to become a doctor. She had to put her art interests on hold for many years to study and practice medicine in her early career. When her family moved to the U.S., Natalya returned to her old passion - art and design. In 2016, she graduated from the Art School of Pittsburgh as an Interior Designer. Working in an Interior Design company, she continued to study academic and abstract drawing and painting with professional artists in the USA, Europe, and Russia. Since 2022, Natalya has embarked on her career as a therapeutic art practitioner and currently serves as a Transformative Arts director in an international supportive group for women with breast cancer. Natalya’s artworks have been exhibited in art shows and can be found in private collections in the USA, Europe (Latvia, Spain, Germany, Finland), and Russia.
