Frozen earth I belongs to the "Landscapes on the other side" project. A series of representations that show a vision of what the gaze captures when filters in a domain where the boundary between what is visible and what is invisible becomes blurred. These are landscapes originated in one imaginary that integrates sensory reminiscences and physical possibilities. It is about a creative process orientated to unveil the shapes that live under other shapes. It is the search of an order where an old reality can acquire a new sense. A formal dialog made of noises and silences and the textures that their print discover. Like the body rhythms, the nature or the experience, the formal rhythms grow on the canvas defining the topography of these landscapes on the other side.
