About The Artwork

Jazz Man is a work dedicated to my memories of jazz nights. I am the daughter of a jazz musician and this gave me many bohemian nights in Rio's jazz underground. This reference and experience led me to create this piece. "Jazz Man" won a gold medal in the annual competition at the National Spring Art Fair in Rio de Janeiro, in the professional category, mixed technique. 29/09/2023. Created with acrylic paint, PVA, spray, permanent pen and oil pastel chalk on canvas. - This work was part of two art exhibitions in Rio de Janeiro. At the Casa de Cultura Feso Proarte in the artist's solo exhibition and in the exhibition of the winners of the National Spring Salon at the Casa de Cultura Adolpho Bloch.
