About The Artwork
This an intimate scene of my kitchen. The painting started off as an abstract, I wrote up, printed and collaged in some of my own recipes. I thought for a long while what a kitchen painting meant to me - a favourite dish, an ingredient? Then I realised that my most favourite thing about my kitchen is when my husband comes in and kisses my neck! There is a really good goulash recipe printed on the lid of the cooker.
