About The Artwork

A pun on the academic artist's Bougeureau's painting figuring angles playing on stringed instruments, by changing "angels" to "angles." The geometry off to one side represents the angles while a copy of Bougeureau's painting holds place in the upper right-hand corner. The man, done in grays, looks liek he's mesmerized by either music or geometry.
