'Maum' Print

Maum was intended to appear like a hole on a red surface. I watched a film on the red planet (Mars) and was inspired by the imagination of the cinematographers creativity in imagining life and formations on the planet. I set out to create a piece based on a red surface, this time looking at a hole on the surface , viewing from a horizontal plane. i probably did not succeed, I seem to have come up with an image that seemed to say 'mum's the word' did not feel like spelling it that way hence the word 'Maum' It does evoke a startling vivid image of nothing really, yet i like it.
