About the Artist Augustine Kawoh, known also as Austin, is a professional diver. Also designer and artist with great skill, self-taught in expressionism. A Nigerian artist Resident in Brazil for 9 years, married to Brazilian with 2 beautiful daughters. Expresses his art through lifes challenges and it´´ `s struggles. Likes to tell stories of people through paintings of personalities who impacted the lives of others in history or by influence. A Christian who demonstrates his a spirituality and love for God. Art as a family's genealogy, he started to draw at age 7, he completed high school at Aladja Grammar School. He continued his studies through art by joining a graphic design school, and he was introduced to the art market in Nigeria and began selling his works to major chains such as: Protea hotel Warri, the Lekki Pennisula hotel Lagos and the Beautiful Hotel. In 2006 he joined the University of Lagos in Nigeria to studying Marketing, continued painting and drawing. In 2012 he took a recreational diving and rescue course at DiversTEC School and Operator of Diving Courses in Arraial do Cabo – Rio de Jenerio and became a professional diver at Divers University in 2013, that maintain an agreement with Unimes in Santos SP.
