About The Artwork
Mt. Shasta is a 14,000 ft high volcanic peak in Northern California. It is well known for its' positive energy vortexes and is a special place for spiritual seekers of all kinds. The mountain has glaciers coming from the permanent snow near the summit and dominates the landscape. I painted this special painting after doing many sketches and smaller pieces on location in Mt. Shasta. The healing properties eminating from this mountain can be felt and offers inspiration and hope to all.
