We grasp external space through our bodily situation. Our body is not in space like things; it inhabits or haunts space. Colors are different modalities of our co-existence with the world. Spatial forms or distances are not so much relations between points in objective space as they are relations between these points and a central perspective-our body. These relations are different ways for external stimuli to test, to solicit, and to vary our grasp on the world, our horizontal and vertical anchorage in a place and in a here-and-now.

In 2019, Sherry quit her engineering job in Toronto, Canada in order to pursue her life-time interest, Art! She traveled through Canada, Europe, and Iran volunteering in farms and hostels while simultaneously polishing her artistic skills. In Iran, she started studying German by herself for a year and in November 2022, she landed in Berlin, which now she calls her beloved home! Sherry’s engineering background pushed her through exploring new forms of artistic practice, such as painting in virtual reality, learning basic modelling and animation in Cinema 4D, and digital painting. However, she usually uses them as a mean to widen her perspective in approaching new ideas. Sherry loves to read philosophy, literature pieces, and history. She loves to take long walks through cities and nature while observing her surroundings and losing her “I” in the moment!
