'Queen Bee' Print

I’m a 34 year old soul who is a passionate artist, wife, mother and friend. My life journey so far has carved and moulded me into someone who highly values the importance of self-love and self worth. I believe it is our birthright to feel and experience love, connection, fullfilment, joy, peace, confidence, inspiration, fun, forgiveness… It is my highest goal to shine light on these through my paintings, inspiring and pulling forth these within you. I like to choose light and bright colours in my work to pull through feelings of freedom, clarity, joy and inspiration. I am highly connected to femimine aspects; female figures, animals, flowers, pinks and purples and the like. I just adore BEAUTIFUL and I love to express in this way. I like to keep my work unpolished, a little raw in parts. I want to nod to the turbulant times, to acknowlegde the grit, the scars; to connect to our strength and inner wisdom. I use contrast to focus and ground my ideas and often incorporate gold in my work to create a sense of richness, sparkle; a little something to make it feel that little bit more special.
