This drawing was made with coffee using the author's technique. It depicts a family of mice living in a mushroom house in a mouse village. The owner has brought a basket of supplies and stopped on the porch to listen to her son's song. He plays and sings lying on the mushroom next to the house. Another mouse looks out of the window waiting for his mother.

Hi, I’m Maria Znova. I am an artist living and working in Ukraine. I have a degree in art, I am a member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine, a master of decorative and applied arts. I have participated in many Ukrainian and international art festivals and exhibitions, and held solo exhibitions in Ukraine: Donetsk, Kyiv and the region. In Slovakia: Bratislava. I paint in different techniques and with different materials. Over the past few years, coffee and pastels have become my favourites. The energy of coffee inspires me to create graphic illustrations with a mood. The softness of pastels best conveys the beauty of flowers and nature. With these materials, I convey my vision, rich aromas of summer, interesting images, and pleasant memories. My paintings are a special view of life, a capture of something beautiful around us that we do not have time to see in the dynamic pace of modernity.
