Sunset Love (2014) Print

What do you wish for when you experience a beautiful sunset? I saw a really gorgeous sunset kind of by accident. I stayed to watch the entire process of the sun going down. And even though I was perfectly happy being there to enjoy the moment of it, I couldn't help but want to share it with someone I truly love. Lately I've got love on my mind. I've been looking around me and noticing certain couples who just sit together in a cafe and chat, like they are so comfortable being next to each other, and just being there in the moment with the one they love. I'm not looking for a romantic relationship at the moment (nor do I have the time for one right now with all the art show madness going on), but I miss sitting close together with someone, having a conversation, or even just being comfortable in silence and watching the world go by. So this artwork is a wish. A wish to meet someone awesome and who would love to just sit and chat, or just be together in the moment. And it would be totally amazing if one of those moments would have a sunset as beautiful as the one I captured on my camera.
