About The Artwork
Ballpoint pen, gouache, aquarelle pencils, newspaper collage on paper. This is the basis for the art for a forthcoming new CD by experimental music duo Alas Poor Eric – Sue Ryan and myself. We recorded all our basic audio in June 2016 and now I am mixing the final tracks. The last time Alas Poor Eric made an album was over 20 years ago, so we’re very excited to collaborate again and can’t wait to unleash The Man That Lived Down the Road on the world.

I decided to be an artist and immediately began painting at the age of 8. I studied at the Queensland College of Art until expulsion in 1984 for being a "disruptive and disturbing influence". I have had many group and solo exhibitions in Australia.
