Description: This piece, composed of two panels, tells us about human uprooting, displacement, when people's world changes due to social phenomena such as forced exile, natural disasters, wars, and consequently, disapproval social towards many migrants scattered throughout the world, virulent diseases, etc., and consequently, of social disapproval towards many migrants scattered throughout the world, in this current era. From my series "Traslaciones", this series is characterized by the exploration of the concept of painting, through a particular approach to the use and arrangement of the support with the painting. It involves the use of two panels or canvas as a single pictorial piece, instead of one. This means that the reading of the painting is shared in two panels (instead of a single piece as a painting is normally structured). Then, one of these panels monopolizes a part or portion of the structure of the other that has been cut from the first, and pasted on the second canvas. This method is interesting to me because, despite the fact that both paintings are different in terms of color, theme and style, the idea of ​​the first piece is 'transferred' or 'moved' to the second, cutting from the first piece a part of it, leaving a void in its place, and joining the second panel. I want the public to be able to perceive this interesting dynamism of space in the painting, as an idea that is embedded in or transferred from another idea, which is extraordinary because the painting moves, it acquires a kind of new "visual dimension".
