Scott Benites is a professional artist known for his captivating cityscapes and urban landscapes. Influenced by the works of Edward Hopper, Claude Monet, and Pablo Picasso, Benites' art reflects a blend of realism and impressionism. Born in 1991 in New York City, Benites' fascination with urban environments began at an early age. He graduated from Lehman College and also attended classes at Pratt Institute, refining his artistic skills. As a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society, Benites has demonstrated both academic excellence and artistic talent. With over 12 years of experience in painting, Benites primarily works with oil paints, employing both plein air techniques and references to create his stunning compositions. His goal is to become a full-time fine artist, dedicating himself entirely to his craft. Benites' work focuses on cityscapes and urban scenes, capturing the essence and energy of city life. Through his art, he explores the dynamic interplay of light and shadow, revealing the beauty and complexity of urban environments.
