It takes a Village to raise a Child, and more to raise Children Our children are suffering more of poor behavior than destitution of foods and clothing, although both of these are contributors to the rise in juvenile delinquency with its association to illegal drugs, car thievery, random shootings and unprovoked rebelliousness. When caring adults actually get involved, (hands on), statistics change in a positive direction. Most fathers are uninvolved with their children, leaving them with an irreplaceable void. Children have admitted to acting up in order to get attention from their parent(s), even if it is negative attention. Surely financial contributions help, but encouraging words, handshakes and reassuring hugs validate the earnestness and heart filled intentions of the financial support. Dare to Care!
