I painted this image to show a view that I have when I go body surfing at a local beach. It shows the body surfers, of all ages, shapes and colour waiting for a big wave to catch. The beach is City Beach looking back over to Scarborough beach in the far distance. I tried to capture the faces I see waiting out in the ocean, looking out for an approaching wave.
