About The Artwork
This painting is part of my cycle "Quest for Identity" (2018-2019.). In these my first paintings, I was looking for the best way to express the human figure and I was concentrating especially on the heads. I tried to be original and thus give a new expression to figuration. I painted this painting of a young man in a combination of Expressionism and Fauvism.
