I would say my work embodies a particular rhythm and at the same time conveys emotion. The color intensity of my paintings is captured by layers of contours and lines. The graphical elements energise the subject, by giving it structure and form. My goal is to explore how this interaction materialises through the use of color. This is important for the images, patterns and scenes on my canvases, which I create layer upon layer aiming to capture the velocity and spontaneity of its movement. My recent work is dedicated to my family and our incredible history.
